Giving Campaign
Faith Forward — one story told across a magazine, a film, an animated bumper, photography, print and every screen in the building.
01 — The goal
Inspire generosity for the next generation.
Grace Point Church in Lewis Center, Ohio launched a giving campaign to raise the funds to expand and update its facility — more room for kids, students and families to grow.
The ask was big, so the story had to be bigger. I built Faith Forward as one campaign identity carried through every touchpoint: where the church came from, where it is today, and the future members were being invited to give toward.
02 — The identity
Designed in the room. Built for two generations.
The Faith Forward look came out of working sessions with a group of church delegates, most of them around 60. They wanted something the next generation would get excited about, but the on-trend directions I first brought didn't land with the room.
So we found the overlap: a bold, '80s-inspired retro style that took the delegates back to their own youth, and still felt younger and more contemporary than anything the church had done before.
- For the delegates
- A throwback to their own younger days.
- For the next generation
- The boldest, freshest look the church had used.
03 — The centerpiece
A 16-page campaign magazine.
The heart of the campaign: the church's story from its first 18 families to today, the vision for the new space, answers to common questions, a campaign calendar and a guided path to making a commitment. Flip through the spreads.

04 — Film & animation
The story, in motion.
I shot and edited a vision film with the pastor, the church's history and the path ahead — and animated a Faith Forward bumper to open services and announcements.

Pieces people take home.
A commitment card that turns inspiration into a three-year pledge, and a two-sided one-pager that sums up the vision for anyone who won't read the full magazine.
